In such an event, Armat Software LLC may disclose the user’s identity and contact information, upon request by the government or law enforcement agency or because of a subpoena or other legal action. Armat Software LLC shall not be liable for damages or results thereof and the user agrees not to bring any action or claim against Armat Software LLC for such disclosure.
4. PRODUCT UPGRADES
Armat software LLC regularly upgrades to meet new requirements or make our products work more effectively and efficiently. Users who have used the Paycheck Planner Google calendar add-on will get the updated versions for free by using the application.
5. DISCLAIMER

Armat Software, LLC is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Michigan. These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
